The Walker Group, Inc. key management team consists of: Dan Walker, CEO and President; Roland Wells, Chief Operations Officer; Mike Schwarz, Director of Business Development and Training and Caleb Flynn, Director of Technology.

Dan’s experience includes managing new residential and commercial construction and remodeling, instructing and inspecting to the Uniform and International Building Codes, and damage assessment and disaster recovery and management for both FEMA and the Insurance communities. Dan developed and is the primary instructor for WGI’s Flood, Commercial and Texas adjuster training courses.

As COO of WGI, Roland oversees the daily operations as well as off-site Catastrophe operations. He works closely with Caleb on IT issues. Roland developed and is the primary instructor for WGI’s Xactimate, Earthquake and Basic adjuster training courses.

Mike Schwarz is WGI's Director of Business Development and Training. He brings vast industry experience and knowledge to support WGI in both expansion and adjuster training. Mike stays connected to the field as a regional manager (southeast) and works with WGI management on the development and implementation of WGI's industry leading adjuster training programs.
Caleb Flynn lends his technological experience to keep WGI on the cutting edge. Caleb is responsible for maintaining systems, workstations and networks, and providing technical support to staff and contractors.
